Andrew Dymburt is co-anchor of “World News Now” and “America
This Morning.” He also reports on “Good Morning America,”
“Nightline” and ABC News Live.

Dymburt has anchored breaking news specials, including the tragic
surfside condo collapse, the death of Pope Benedict, the death of
Queen Elizabeth II, and Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

In 2020, Dymburt joined ABC News as a multiplatform reporter based in
Washington, D.C. In that time, he covered the pandemic, the Capitol
riot, the first 100 days of the Biden administration, and the 2020
presidential election.

Before ABC News, Dymburt was a reporter covering breaking news and
politics on WSVN-TV in Miami, where he reported extensively on Florida
politics and the 2018 gubernatorial race. He also reported on the
March for Our Lives movement in the wake of the tragic mass shooting
at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. He reported on his alma
mater, traveling with students, teachers and parents from the State
Capitol to the United States Capitol.

In 2018, Dymburt joined KOIN-TV in Portland, Oregon, covering the 2016
Election Day riots and the massive Eagle Creek wildfire, as well as at
News12 in the Bronx and Brooklyn, where he reported on Eric Garner’s
death and the beginning of the Black Lives Matter movement.

Dymburt is an Edward R Murrow winner for his reporting on Jan. 6.

He is a first-generation American and college student who graduated
from the University of Miami with a bachelor’s degree in
communications.
